There wasn't anyone at the hotel to answer questions and I had to call a number to get buzzed into the building. "The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!"
