"Loved the friendly consultant checkin/ checking outs, room architecture as described in pictures. However there were stains on the wall and curtains which could have been wiped and cleaned. Also kettle had limescale had to request for replacement and they replaced with a better one. We enjoyed our stay"

"Beautiful place and very clean. The only thing that was upsetting was that I paid for a shuttle to the airport that did not come on time, and I did not receive my refund for that. That is all! Otherwise good experience."

"This hotel was truly a port in a storm. We were stranded overnight at Zurich airport when our connecting flight to Venice was cancelled. Our luggage had not made our flight. We were tired and discouraged. We got rooms at the Hyatt to stay overnight at the airport so we could make our new connecting flight at 7:25 am. It was wonderful! The rooms were clean, very well-equipped and laid out, and very comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk across the main airport entrance road to the terminal. It is in the middle of a major shopping mall. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We felt taken care of and refreshed. Highly recommend."

"The drain for the shower was terrible, water went everywhere. Other than that, there is no free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, charge CHF 10 per person. Recommend to take bus if you can handle luggages. The bus station is 3-5mins walk from the hotel."
