"Checked in late Friday night towels where dirty sheet was dirty. Called front desk all they said we would need to wait for the morning. Next day nothing not even housekeeping came to clean or replace towels . Went to the front desk and complained they said they would come the next day to clean and change towels the whole time nothing was done. Luckily I had a towel in my car. Staff just kept blaming each other"

"the room was clean put there was nothing to cook with period mold in the bathroom and the dish washer was broken and falling apart and the refrigerator was leaking and i called and they would not answer the phone i had to go down and tell them then i called and they said they were sending someone to look at it they never came they gave me some dirty towel to put down to catch the water. the kitchen sink bagged up in the bathroom tub and the taking a shower the water would not leave out i was told that people stay there so they bring there own stuff for cooking they thought it was funny and i will never go to that one ever in life again. i took pictures of everything plus recorded me calling they twice about the water on the floor they did nothing period"
