"The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. "Virtually across the street from the exit of the train station although you have to walk 1/2 a block to the hotel entrance. Check in was quick with lots of help about restaurants free bus passes to the castles and events in the city. Wonderful room very spacious. Would highly recommend."

"Big bonus is this hotel is a very short walk from the train station. Another is the truly spectacular breakfast offered. The room was comfortable and clean. The only very small complaint is the wellness space has limited hours so we weren’t able to use it."
