"Hotel staff was courteous and professional however room service was a fail after ordering drinks & given a 15min estimate, drinks never came. Restaurant horrible customer service, arrived at 6:00pm and after asking about 6 times about drinks/food order, 3hrs 40min later while asking again told by Mgr. my order could not be completed & all they had to offer were plain sandwiches take it or leave it. Not to mention the room service was placed before heading to restaurant at 10min before 5:00pm that never came. Total wait time for nothing close to 5 hours. Mgr unapologetic and hostess threw a fit every time I inquired by even slamming the drawers at the hostess desk, shout out to Galilea Sotelo Hernández. They served more than multiple tables before my party, took a mad line of walk in orders that came after the entire place was full & seated with every table taken. Mind you my party was the only group with a child whom never got to eat that night, was taken to room crying hungry over the horrible service and coordination of this so called Mgr. Guadalupe López Rubalcaba which also denied me to speak with the chef of restaurant over the failure of service. "
