"Rooms and common areas were very clean. The staff was very welcoming and personable. I am a foodie and can say the breakfast was very tasty, balanced and nutritious. I also couldn’t help but fall in love with the fresh lemonade beverage on the porch that they put their own spin on. "

"The location can't be beat. Walkable to several restaurants and to the boardwalk. Loved sitting out on the private balcony. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could definitely use more shelf/ counter space, but that was a minor annoyance. We've stayed at this hotel the last three years and already booked again for next year!"

"When we got to our room I noticed there was a shower cap covering the smoke detector and the room had a musty smell. In hind sight I should have just asked for a new room, but when I checked in they said the hotel was fully booked, so I didn’t think it would be possible. The pool was nice for my kids, but there were really rowdy and loud kids in the pool past 10 pm screaming and kicking a soccer ball all throughout the walkway by our door. "The rooms smell bad, musty, the air conditioning sounds horrible, the walls are worn out, with yellow water lines, we asked to change us and there were no more, the first day they did not clean the room and I had 3 nights paid, but I preferred to leave on the second day, because I was going with a 3-year-old boy and I thought it would not be good for anyone. "It's a no frills budget inn. We stayed one night. For the money, probably should have done AC hotel but we wanted to be close to OC. People have different expectations but be assured this is a budget inn."
