"Location was great! Parking was tight. Room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I would gladly book here again."

"The pool was nice. The room had a hole in the ceiling above toilet, which dripped onto our toilet. Didn't have a TV for 2 days. Changed rooms little better. It does accept pets and had a good location for the Air show. Do your research. Oh yeah 1 more thing the 2nd room , one bed was unusable. Broken."

"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns."

"I been coming to this hotel for years can’t remember the last time I stayed at an another hotel in ocean city. If you want to be closer to the board walk this isn’t the hotel for you . But if you like a low key spot that has clean rooms that are spacious and well kept this is the one for you. If you have kids you are neighbors to McDonald’s and Dumsers for ice cream let alone candy kitchen right on the property. Quick easy 3 minute walk to the beach where the area isn’t so crowded. "There was a lot of noise that night in the parking lot. In the morning, they informed us that they had evicted the people responsible for that noise."

"We requested a crib before we got there and they did not provide a crib at all. Also housekeeping did not provide what we needed. Staff said we will provide with the request and they never did. Also there was a few days where we had to go down and ask for towels and wash rags which they provided towels and hand towels to wash with. Will not stay there again."

We had issues with no batteries in the remote , one remote had no back, we had to constantly bug the staff about towels, and we asked the service crew to find a broom so we could sweep our floor because of the sand .
