"Great location "

"Great value for the rather modest cost. Central location clean, well appointed rooms. Clearly, prior renovations to freshen up the hotel went to wear it was most needed-the rooms. The lobby was quite modest and unimpressive but that was a good sign in retrospect because the room and services were quite good and represented good value. Bathroom and shower amenities were good, Room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Really no complaints."

"The room was good and the service was excellent overall. However, I had one issue. When I extended my stay online, it seemed like the request wasn’t received or was ignored. I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."

"Very clean, recently renovated and spacious rooms. Dedicated and friendly staff and well equipped kitchen. Close to a nice walking route up Mount Mangere. For the price, I would give it 5/5. I extended my stay at this little gem."
