"Front staff needs to be more efficient, not checking in people too busy on their personal phone. Not a handicapped friendly hotel!!! Rooms decent. Walls paper thin. Breakfast was the best part of the stay."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Great staff. Very clean hotel. I did only give it four stars as far as maintenance goes but that's only because one of the elevators was out which was kind of inconvenient but me being a little fat it worked out well cuz I had to go all the way around and use the other elevator 😁 The property had a beautiful set of trim work throughout the hotel with amazing qualities and designs with some very cool New Orleans street names on all of the doors. So it was very helpful remembering which room you were in!"

"They need to change their "standard" view description to "no" view or "blocked" view. We were given room 408 that opened up to a dark wall & littered ledge. Room was also vary dated. Would not be staying there again."

"the parking lot was a little sketchy but it was included with the stay, so just make sure you lock your car. one of the elevators is slower and shakier than the other, so if you have anxiety about elevators falling, just know one of them may activate it. the photos make it look like it will have a city view, but in reality, you either face a brick wall with the hospital and parking garage next door or looking over into a neighborhood with some taller buildings in the back; not quite the picturesque view. beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and it wasn't super noisy. 15 minute Uber to the French Quarter. Amazon and Door Dash deliveries are very convenient and the front desk staff are very personable. would stay here again :)"

"The hotel was clean and quiet. Lloyd on the front desk was fantastic. Very polite and professional. He arranged extra amenities in the room. When asked for directions he was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations of where to visit. Fairly cheap considering the hotel is only one block from Bourbon street! The breakfast was good. Either full continental or a la carte eggs. The only criticism I have is that I wish they would use local coffee houses for the coffee, rather than Starbucks. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend friends and family!"
