"We love the room as the city lights were beautiful to look at as we relaxed. No complaints, the breakfast was big and delicious. Love that hotel was close to the Metro and we were able to take the train to go sightseeing. Checking in and checking out was easy."

"I think it's mainly a staffing issue. After our first night we were out all day the next day. We came back to the room and it hadn't been cleaned. While we were still getting ready for dinner, the cleaning person came. It was probably 5:30. We weren't quite ready and she looked exhausted after I said we weren't quite ready, so I suggested she come back the next day instead and just give us some fresh towels. The next day we were out a lot of the day again and when we got back they had refreshed towels and emptied trash, but didn't make the bed or clean. So we actually never got our room cleaned. I imagine they start on the checked out rooms first, so that's why ours was later, but after 3 nights there it was just odd to not have a cleaned room."
