The hotel was awful. There was no similarity between the pictures of the hotel shown in Expedia to what we actually gotten. A big shame. They offered us a breakfast in a box because the hotel was empty of guests. No security in the hotel. The hotel is not accessible so we had to carry our bags by ourselves along the stairs.

Tolle Lage (mitten im Zentrum), überwachte Parkplätze vor Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Superior Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, Pool mit starker Gegenstromanlage und Wasserfall. Wir hatten mit Kleinkind (1,5 Jahre) einen tollen Aufenthalt (3 Nächte).

The hotel was clean with a nice location . The breakfast was good and the service was not bad at all . There wasn’t no mentioning of the VIP status no wine no room upgrade was even mentioned. The hotel is a smoke free which is nice .

Très bien

Je descends dans cet hôtel à chacun de mes séjours à Odessa et je suis toujours satisfaite. Le personnel est accueillant, les chambres sont propres et la couverture y est effectuée chaque soir. Le roomservice était aussi très bien, domage cependant qu'il n'y est pas de борш. Au petit déjeuner(nouveau par rapport à mes précédents séjours) une serveuse me demande ce que je veux boire et manger dès l'entrée au restaurant avant que je m'assoie et je me suis sentie "bousculée" dès le matin. Rien à redire pour le SPA, la température de la piscine était moyenne (bien pour nager mais un peu fraîche pour juste se relaxer). Le WE, le quartier est piéton (nouveau pour moi) et aucun taxi de peut accéder à l'hôtel. Très contente de mon séjour, j'y retournerai encore la prochaine fois.

Overall this hotel was good expect there was a problem with our room pertaining to the bed sheets being dirty. We referred to the front desk and the young gentleman was very unprofessional when we asked to talk to the manger he said we can speak to him directly and there is nothing he can do. He began to argue with us and wouldn’t let us speak to the manager. He started to make up stories that the manager was stuck in traffic and then stated that he can’t reach the manager. After seeing him talk to someone lady a few minutes later the manager appears. We tell her that we just saw her in the hotel earlier that morning and she said that she had to change her clothes. It was unprofessional we waited over 40 minutes. After seeing the bed sheets that are dirty in our room they concluded that it’s not their problem. We left the hotel very disappointed! Great hotel overall, but the management is unprofessional and unwilling to help! Also manager doesn’t speak English!

The hotel is right behind the opera and the fountain, the highest rating for the bed and the room, the breakfast was very good plus you can order the tastiest pancakes and omelette…. nothing to complain about

I requested a room with a view and was promised and paid for one … My room was liked a little jail , no window very small with a window in the ceiling that allows sunlight all day long and makes sleeping very uncomfortable 😣 also hot !!! Staff at front desk kind of rude too , not happy at all

Very comfortable stay at The Duke.

I had a very nice second stay at The Duke.Pretty large room with a very comfortable double bed.Compared to my first stay one year ago I found the breakfast even better now and the staff in the restaurant friendlier.
