The place was okay, we’ve stayed there before and it was great but it’s gone downhill a bit… Its very walkable to the ocean, restaurants, downtown etc, but here’s where it fell short…
Both Sunday and Monday mornings we could not take hot showers. There were 8 of us staying in 3 rooms and we all experienced this issue. Not exactly a great start to the morning…
• The outdoor hot tub was amazing Friday night! But then Saturday it broke (which is outside anybody’s control) but nevertheless this was a big blow to our group.
• On Sunday morning, your breakfast supplies ran short and by the time we came over for breakfast, we were told that they were out of breakfast. They up charge you $8 for the powdered eggs too, which for the price they charge should probably be included…
The icing on the cake is that my girlfriend left her coat behind in the room and they could not care less, it’s basically gone. Would have been nice for them to at least offer to ship it back. She called and they directed her to a website. No word on that yet.. it wasn’t that bad of a stay really but the little things add up and I’m not sure I’ll be back
