"Stayed here last year and this year. Very satisfied. I like the size of room. It is spacious and enough for two people. Locations is perfect. Good walking distance from the Shimbashi Station. Family Mart, Don Quijote, and market is available within walking distances. I would love to stay here again once I make a trip to Tokyo, Japan. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...

"I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance. It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."

"Everything about this hotel was great including staff and service. Close by to shops and restaurants offering a variety for different types of tourists. The only disconnect was the breakfast…it can feel a little slow especially during the weekends where every guest is arriving at the same time which backlogs the orders with limited staffing. I hope they can change the breakfast to more of a quick buffet style where guests can get their food and be on their way versus the pre-fixed menu. From sit...

"Awesome stay at Hibiya. Good location not too far from Ginza and there is a train station nearby. Lobby is quite grand and cozy at high floor. Reception lady was kind enough to let us check in early. Breakfast was better than expected, friendly staffs at breakfast area every morning. Housekeeping lady super friendly and helpful, great training by the management. Only thing to improve is the laundry machines, few were broken during the stay, but we still managed to do few rounds of laundries. "

"The room was fantastic, and had an amazing view of the station from the side we were on. The staff was very accommodating, polite, and helpful. The hotel itself was also very nice, with an amazing view of Tokyo Tower, and on a clear day, a view of Mt. Fuji. We aren't even big art fans, yet found ourselves admiring the art, and were fortunate to see the transition into the Winter Collection. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with a Family Mart accessible in the basement level,...

"Room was clean and fresh and everything was well laid out. Staying there at the end of a 3 week trip we were especially appreciative of the in-room washer/dryer. The staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Courtney, in particular, stood out as someone who made our stay as easy and stress less as possible."
