"Horrible does not match the website "

"We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

"The hotel staff is always pleasant and welcoming during my stays, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I also like taking advantage of the restaurant located on the premises—it’s convenient and a great option after a day out. We continue to choose this hotel because of its close proximity to Miami Beach, just past Oistins, which makes getting around the area very easy."

"no airport shuttle but Lea arranged a taxi and negotiated a price did not look for a gym! Staff were excellent, from Lea at reception to the great waiters and support staff. Very friendly and helpful. Cab from port is very expensive, $20 US pp. Lea said we were overcharged but you have limited choice at port"
