"The dinner was very memorable and I would give it 10/10. However, the room we stayed in feels very dated and not very well maintained. There were brown spots on the walls and the beds were not comfortable to sleep in, and the air conditioning is on and off so me and my husband were not able to have a good sleep at night time. We do appreciate the big room and the nice in suite hot spring experience though. Staffs were nice but always really busy so you can feel them rushing through to help you...

"スタッフの方がどなたもフレンドリーで親切でした。11ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れての宿泊でしたが、朝食会場でさっとスタッフの方がベビー用の椅子を持ってきてくださったり、とても居心地が良かったです。 温泉はもちろんですが、サウナは新しく追加されたのでしょうか？女性風呂のサウナも新しくて広くて嬉しかったです。 ホテルも部屋もよくメンテされていて、また是非宿泊したいです。"
