"Terrible first impression when checking in. Was surprised nobody was at the front counter and had to go looking for them. Had to make three trips back down to front desk because key card wasn’t working to find out they had to get a maintenance person to replace a dead battery inside the key pad. Next morning while using the bathroom sink…it wouldn’t drain. Got that fixed later that day. The next morning sink drain worked, however there was a bunch of little bugs (thinking gnats) coming up...
