壁床等内装も古びているが見えない設備は もっと傷んでいると思われる。 滞在初日に給湯系統から赤水が出ており、4日目には全くお湯が出なくなった。 業者がきて復旧したのは翌日の夕方で、 漏水のためお湯が出ない旨の貼り紙があるのみでその後の報告や指示は全く無し。 案の定再開後最初にドバドバ出た赤錆のためシャワーヘッドが詰まってシャワーほとんど使えなかった。 しょうがないので持参の工具でバラして掃除してようやくまともに使るようになった。 喫煙のホテルがなかなか見つからずここを選んだが、それ以外の人は避けたほうが無難。 唯一の良いところは外国人と思われるフロントの人が誠実に対応してくれた点。

　このホテルグループは居抜き物件をそのまま使用し、管理コストを最大限削減することにより、低料金と収益を確保する経営方針だと思う。料金との見合いが適切であれば良いかもしれない。しかし、このホテルについては、設備器具から勘案しておそらく３０年前後経過していると思われるものの、壁紙剥離、金具の錆、照明不点灯等、汚破損の修復はほぼされていなかった。さらに、室内及び廊下の窓が完全なはめ殺しで、壁・天井・その他の吸気経路がなく、外気換気がされていなかった。そのためか室内と廊下に多くの空気清浄機があるものの、室内のものはフィルター交換サインが点灯し、取り出してみると大量の塵埃が付着していた。この状態では衛生管理に疑問があり、料金が安くても今後の利用はためらわれる。

妥協出来る方なら☆４つ

コスパは抜群です。部屋の臭いは古いので、しょうがないかと思いました。チェックイン前にエアコンも入ってたり、空気清浄機を付けたら、臭いは緩和され敏感な方以外ならコスパ考えると妥協出来ます。口コミにもありましたが、洗面所の水道は飲料水でも使えると書いてましたが、自分の部屋の水道はサビっぽい物と色もサビ色?濁ってたので飲む気にはなりませんでした。でもコスパ重視の方ならおすすめです。とまりん辺りにはコンビニもほっともっと🍱もあり、おすすめはやはりとまりん内のマーミヤかまぼこ店です。真空パックの物もあるのでローカルお土産に良いですよ

金額がとにかく安い

価格設定が安価で大変満足している。 また、駐車場も隣にあってそこも安価であったこともPRポイントと思います。 要望をあえて1点:ツインのベットの高さが合わなかったのが残念ですが、この金額では申し分無いと思います。
