Stunning view, walking distance to a few dinning options, beach and water activities are just across the road. The deco may a bit outdated but room is big and clean. Staffs are all very friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet has lots of options and all food are well labelled. Even my son with multiple allergies can have a lot of choices.

Quiet area with acess to the public beach as well as on site spa and massage service. Staffs are extremely helpful when you need assistances. Room is clean and big. Good for family vaction as well as couple needing some quiet relaxing moment.

We loved how friendly every staff member was. They were incredibly helpful. It was probably the best experience we've ever had at a resort in terms of staff and facilities. Unfortunately it was far to get to if you don't have a car and transportation can get pricey. There is also not a lot of restaurants around. If you like nightlife, this area is not for you. We had a poolside BBQ and it was fun and the food was great. There was a ton of options for breakfast and it was quite tasty. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Phenomenal
Blown away by the luxe atmosphere of this hotel. Connected to many other hotels in the area where you can use their facilities, but overall I thought Exes was the best of all of them!

Beautiful hotel!!
What a beautiful hotel! We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. The room was huge, clean and had an incredible view. The pictures do not do it justice. The breakfast incredible with so many choices. It was January so we did not get use the outdoor pool. The location was nice for exploring northern Okinawa. Staff were very nice, helpful and efficient. We highly recommend this hotel.

My one week stay at this hotel was phenomenal. The staff and service were top notch and I felt well taken care of. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I liked how I was able to use the facilities at their sister hotel, which is connected by a bridge. They had an onsen, convenience store, a glass blowing workshop, and it sits right next to a forest trail. The highlight of my trip was the breakfast buffet. I was able to try many different Okinawan dishes, as well as made to order omelettes and French press coffee. The french toast is a must eat! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I’d definitely stay here again!

The view from the hotel room was superb. The breakfast buffet had wide range of choices and it was very satisfying. It would have been nicer if they can offer vegan hot dishes. The indoor swimming pool was a good size and shape for my daily exercise.

Stayed two nights on the 6th floor. Very friendly staff. Quick check-in. Free valet parking. Spacious room with a large bathroom (shower and tub). Large, soft pillows on the beds. Small but cozy balcony with nice view facing west. Excellent breakfast! The two pools in this building are a little small, but the adjacent building has larger pools and even an onsen and more dining options (guests can access both buildings). Would gladly stay there again!

Romantic Resort Retreat
Very luxurious hotel with lots of amazing stuff to do on site. Meant more for romantic couples, with various spa treatments available, as well as indoor pools and access to its sister resort for more dining and shopping options. Perfect for a romantic milestone celebration or a surprise trip!

It was our second time to stay in about 4 years. It was very nice and the service was quick and friendly. The check-in time improved (but maybe due to fewer people). Its great that the pools were open till 10:00PM (but outside pool was just too cold to enjoy.) The pool by the beach was warmer. Room was big and clean with a good view. Its very good having access to the facilities at the larger hotel next door. If you are looking for a good restaurant try Sea Breeze down by the beach.

Beautiful hotel with access to amenities
Really nice hotel tucked up in the hill next to the beach with two other “partner” hotels that also provide an onsen and beach access. A shuttle runs between them for convenience and two of the hotels are connected with a walkway. Staff are great, valet parking was provided free of charge, and the breakfast was divine. Wonderful stay!

Best hotel experience by far! Should get 10 stars!
There's a reason this hotel is a world class award winner! Waaaaaaaay beyond my expectations as far as the stunning and massive room with a beautiful ocean view, Wonderful service complete with valet parking, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool, delicious food, the breakfast was excellent and the neighboring hotel had some good affordable options. The decor and landscaping were stunning as well. Only gripe is that the pool closed way to early (5pm for outdoor!! And 7pm for indoor) and the beach was useless in lowtide (basically all daylight hours) except for hiking around the tide pools. We found a reasonably priced dive shop a 30 minute drive away to get in some snorkeling at the blue cave. Otherwise the beach would have been a NG.

You can’t go wrong.
The room was very spacious with a nice view of the ocean. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the hot spring, and sauna. The morning breakfast was very good with a nice selection of dishes. It was nice to get delicous coffee (French press) delivered to the table.

It was our wedding anniversary. Staff upgraded our room. Location is great, and morning buffet was excellent. Spa and massage was great too! Only negative thing I can think of is the beach was not as good as others we visited. However if you have a car to get around this is not a problem. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for the excellent stay!!

Nice stay for 1 night
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the breakfast. The room interior and view were absolutely amazing. Disappointing was that the chairs next to the pool and the pool itself were quite dirty for a Spa Resort. And we paid a lot, and still had to pay extra for massage or simply go to the hot bath. Since the stay itself is very expensive, things like spa etc. should be included. The free shuttle is down to the beach was very nice and I he service super friendly! Rooms were absolutely clean!
