My daughter has been seeing doctors in that area and it’s easier on her to spend the night then get up early and be there. The staff immediately assessed the situation and changed us to a handicap room on the first floor, and it was just perfect even though she was in a wheelchair things were easyFor us to get in and out thank you to a staff who was on top of every little situation and ready to help.

Great staff, meets expectations

This was a great spot! Close to the airport and many restaurants near by. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. It’s a bare bones kind of hotel but still very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

An okay stay

My only complaint with this hotel was that they needed to do a little better job of salting the sidewalks especially around the handicap parking areas. Otherwise our stay was okay. They do have a very nice lobby and breakfast area.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The property is safe. It is an older property that shows a lot of wear and tear but it isn’t bad.

Hotel is in need of upgrade, some peeling, had a water leak in lobby and sliding doors were not working properly. Comfortable beds, usual bland breakfast food.

The staff was extremely friendly. They were so nice didn’t matter what time of day it was you always had someone at the desk giving great customer service hotel was decent needed a little bit of upgrades, but nothing too bad. The continental breakfast was fresh. I have a recommended the staff made our trip. Amazing.

The overall stay was pretty good. The beds are really comfy and everything seemed really clean. There was a unique odor in our room. It smelled like what I think it was, bleach. But other than that it was really great! The breakfast was really good as well!

Could have been better

Exterior very clean, interior dated. Room had damage, shower drained very slow and would get 2 to 3 inches of water in it. Beds were comfortable, rooms very small and cramped. Breakfast was the same thing every day. Probably wouldn't stay here again. 😕

Very good!

Basically it was very good! We really like the breakfast of eggs, sausage and gravy, pancakes and more. The bath/shower faucet had a constant slow leak and the sink was slow draining. The ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn't working. The beds looked and felt very clean. I gave a list of problems upon checkout. It is a place I would stay again. The reviews helped me in making my decision to book.

Stayed here before. Was clean, and good staff. But neighborhood has gone down hill. Staff keeps automatic door locked if they are not at the desk to keep homeless out.
