"Janet at the front desk was amazing! She was very understaffed and was running all over trying to do everything, so we had to wait a while to just check in, but I totally understood. Breakfast was cold by 8:30am, and didn’t have much of a variety. I also heard the lady that was in charge of breakfast, being rude to a customer.
