"Where do i even start from? I am a frequent traveler and this Balote hotel is the worst place i have ever lodged. The first day i got there i was mistakenly locked inside the building with keys from outside and i couldn't go out, i later found out someone had locked the door from outside because they thought there was no one in the building. "The location of the apartment is on an island. When I was there nothing was going on on the island a lot of places were closed. My check in process did not go smoothly. The host Sandra is nice, the apartment is cute, cozy and clean and Apt. 1 has a partial ocean view. There are cats outdoors and Sandra’s dogs Cesar and Luna are adorable. There was an issue with the internet but Sandra’s son had it fixed in an hour. Also the shower is pretty small and not a ton of hot water for a good shower but...
