"It was very hot when we were there in June and we had the very top room which was extremely hot and the a/c couldn’t keep up. They did bring us a fan which helped some. 401 has a lot of sloped ceiling and can be difficult to get in and out of bed with out bumping your head. The 5 flights of stairs are a lot with luggage but the staff are more than helpful offering to help take up your luggage. Location was excellent !"

"This is a boutique hotel and is housed in an old tobacco factory right on the sea front, which is stunning! Whether it be the friendly staff, the relaxing spa, the spacious pool, the well stocked bar or the fact it was located a convenient walk from the shops, bars and superb restaurants hidden in the medieval wall town of Trogir, this hotel and location did not disappoint! "Lovely small hotel a short walk from old town of Trogir. Room was spacious and clean. Pillows were quite firm. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of items available. I gave this hotel only 4 stars because they supplied only a thin sheet on the bed for a cover at night. No duvet or blanket in the room. Perhaps you could get one if you asked before going to bed, but we did not think of that at the time. The other hotels we stayed at in Croatia all had a summer weight duvet. This hotel may...

"We drove past the property initially as it is set back slightly from the road and we missed the sign. The check in area was a little odd, as was full of drying linen. Room was on 3rd floor, no lift. Balcony looked over the Old Town, which was a nice view. Reasonable cost for pet dog"
