"This place was absolutely wonderful! My first time experiencing an onsen and it was amazing. The shuttle pick up and drop off from the train station was great. The welcoming staff at check in/check out. The room I selected was AMAZING!! So serene and quiet. I got the private bath with my room, and boy was it relaxing. "De passage à Nikko, nous avons passé une seule nuit dans ce charmant ryokan. L’accueil a été chaleureux. Nous avons profité d’une chambre traditionelle avec futon. Propre, spacieuse avec une bonne literie. Les plus de ce logement : le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner compris, très bons et très copieux. On a également pu profiter du onsen du ryokan, un avantage appréciable après une journée de visite. Je recommande vivement."
