"當天因為班機延遲蠻晚才到，餐廳只營業到20:30，我們到的時候櫃檯人員讓我們先吃飯再check in 餐點蠻多樣的，也有提供不是設施，只是房間有點沒有認真維護的感覺，有些地墊是掀起來的，水龍頭也有點壞掉（但不影響使用） 如果只是住一晚歇腳還可以。"

"Superior Room: lovely big space, with western style beds and traditional tatami mat lounge area that can be sectioned off by sliding panels. Aircon a little bit iffy, but mostly worked with a bit of fiddling about, supplemented by opening windows a bit. Quiet, even with windows open – just the soothing sound of the river. Lovely bathroom with twin wash basins, and private shower and lovely hot onsen bath on a private balcony. Large key locked safe in room. Comfy beds with two pillows available...

"Quiet and relaxing onsen inn, an economic choice as well. A short walk up from a bus stop, with a lovely view of the lake. Great for a relaxing get away."

"年季が入っているので外観や内装は古いのですが、逆に昭和っぽさを感じられ私は好きでした。 温泉も貸し切りの露天風呂は予約が全然とれませんでしたが、大浴場も良かったです。 スタッフの方が優しい方が多く満足しました。 朝食もコロナ対策をしており、ビニール手袋を配布されて良かったです。 宿泊利用者に売店で使える500円クーポンを頂けたり、ポイントカードにポイント頂けたり満足しました。 また次回も利用したいと思いました。"
