"I really like this property for lots of reasons. But I cannot give full marks to a property with no safe. "

"Sheets smelled a little moldy (I think it was mold). Floor was not very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. "

" Breakfast was basic waffles, eggs, meat & potato options - decent. A/C was loud. Hotel has 5 floors and the only working ice machine was on the 1st floor - located at the end of the building next to maintenance room that was always open, was awkward while they sat there. Considering I could’ve booked the Trianon which is much more upscale for the same price - I would recommend you weigh your options a before booking here."

Even in the face of a group of aggressive younger guests, he was professional and collected and handled everything with a great attitude towards all. The accommodations were exceptional and the breakfast buffet was delicious... real eggs! I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"Front desk staff were the best that we have experienced in a long time. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and punctual, very pleased that this service included area restaurants, airport transportation and pickup at rental car facility. Our room was clean with the exception of air conditioning vent. "

"Made my reservation several weeks in advance. They put us on second floor next to the mechanical room and ice machine need I say more. I was too tired to change room. Room was clean. A/C works. Noise level about a 6 out of 10. Pool is in small inside enclosure surrounded by 2 chairs. All it was missing was tadpoles and water lilies. Next to pool area was an exercise room. Breakfast was well stocked and clean but chairs were tattered and need replacement Breakfast staff and cleaning staff were...

"The WiFi was slow, unstable, and mostly unusable. We were unable to enjoy the pool; other residents were smoking marijuana. We requested that the staff move them off the property to smoke, and the staff did nothing."

"We didn't have breakfast the three mornings we were there. Parking was a breeze. Staff was warm and pleasant. The room was great, comfortable bed. We did have to ask front desk to have our room trash emptied and fresh towels. But I would stay there again. The hotel is convenient to shopping and dining."
