Upon arriving Soekarno International Airport I boarded the Damri bus bound for Gambir. This is by far the cheapest transportation mode to the city ; the ticket costs a mere Rp.40,000 as opposed to about Rp.200,000 for a taxi. It took about 60-90 minutes to get to Gambir from where I hailed a Bluebird taxi to Wonderloft hostel. If my memory serves me right, the taxi fare was roughly Rp.25,000.
