The Edgewater was a great seaside motel near to the pier. The staff we spoke to were friendly & welcoming. Our room was comfortable and clean. The only thing we struggled with was the soft mattress. Other than that we enjoyed our 3 night stay and visited Portland and Kennebunkport as both are approx 40 mins away from Old Orchard Beach.

Reception staff was very welcoming other guests were very friendly great location next to beach and motel was very clean and tidy. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

Very pleasant place. We were upgraded to a room with a sea view which was lovely. Complimentary breakfast was great too with lots of choice.

New and well laid out. Clean with all the amenities you could need. Can't comment on staff as you check yourself in and your key is an app. Quiet.

The loft was wonderful! Really great location for old port! Really enjoyed our stay! Felt homely! We relaxed and felt so comfortable there! Would recommend!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed one night (2 kids - 2 queens). Very comfy bed, generous checkout time at midday and flexible valet as we collected our car at 2:30pm after exploring Portland and heading onto our next pit stop. Very clean and had everything we needed. Had we stayed longer we’d have checked out the pool.
