"Room was clean and they kept the grass trimmed. But outside that they better signage from the road and especially after you turn off the road where to turn again. parking lot could be repaved, the whole billing on the outside looks like it could use some refurbishment, the pool was closed and sealed over with a tarp and no outside access. It looked like it was allowed.
Inside, definitely not the best signage to mark where the gym is and there’s no statement that the pool is closed. You only know...

"Nice business hotel across the harbor from Logan Airport. We stayed there overnight to catch an early morning plane the next day. Easy access to the airport and many chain/a few local restaurants nearby. The hotel is a “service included” hotel and tips are not needed for valets, housekeepers, bellmen etc., a nice if confusing system (are the staff compensated for the missing tips?).
