"It's a great hotel in a fantastic location, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean, the lobby was nice, and people were very friendly. But the elevators...dang. They are just terrible. There's confusion with how they work, as there are two different systems in place, and they just take FOREVER to get to the top floors. There can be very long lines to wait when you're heading up, and then once you're on them you're stuck with a LOT of people with no air circulation, and they stop at almost every floor, even when the buttons haven't been engaged. I hope this is something they can correct soon, because otherwise this is a fantastic hotel."

"In New York to see a play at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre, right across the street couldn’t have picked a better hotel location. The hotel decor is beautiful a quiet room was very nice and not too small. I traveled with a friend, we were both impressed and satisfied."

"Clean, basic hotel for sleeping. Nice lobby and free good mowing coffee in the bar. Check-in staff seemed distracted by their phones and weren’t paying full attention as I checked in. Later staff were better and more friendly and attentive."

"El hotel cuenta con una ubicación inmejorable: justo al lado de la estación de metro, lo que facilita el desplazamiento por la ciudad, y a pocos minutos caminando de lugares emblemáticos como Times Square y Broadway.
