"I have stayed at this hotel for the past four years, which makes it especially disappointing to say that the property has gone downhill significantly.
The room was very unkempt and not properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture and lamps, the ceiling and bathroom vents were filthy, and even the safe buttons were so dirty that we did not want to use it. "I booked last minute for my toddler and I, because I was locked out of my house and it was late at night. Arrived at 11:55 pm with my toddler asleep. the front desk lady helped me with my bags and made everything as fast as possible. Gave me a first floor room because i didn't want to go too far with my sleeping toddler. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and i was checked out right after breakfast!"

"Very comfortable room, Excellent bed, bath and overall space. Breakfast was terrific, 24-hour coffee and tea. Desk staff was friendly but maintenance staff not so much. Pool was out of order. Coffee was good, but not outstanding. I would choose the same room again, room 822. It was awesome. No problems, but about 4 stars --- which is still good! "

"I had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. The only small issue was that the eggs were a bit watery, but aside from that, everything else was excellent.
Parking was easy and felt safe, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience!"
