"The staff was helpful with our 4 night stay. Ebony helped arrange transportation for us to recommended sites. Facilities were clean, and breakfast was superb! Only downfall was pool was closed."

"I chose Hyatt Centric Beale Street because I stayed here two years ago with a professional group and had a great experience. This stay was more mixed. We tried to rent a pool cabana using the posted QR code, but it didn’t work. We informed the assistant manager, who repeatedly pointed at the sign instead of speaking with us. After confirming the QR code wasn’t working himself, he removed the sign and walked away without apologizing or offering another solution. A waiter later explained another way to reserve a cabana, but by then the morning reservations had passed, the afternoon was fully booked, and we were checking out the next day. The general manager apologized as we were leaving, and I appreciated him taking the time to speak with us. He mentioned he would email us a complimentary cabana if we visited again soon, but I have not received it. The pool area has no umbrellas, only cabanas for $150 per person for four-hour reservations. Given the size of the pool, I didn’t find that to be a good value. The check-in staff and restaurant wait staff were excellent, and the rooftop bar was a highlight with great views and a fantastic bartender. The location is also excellent, just a short walk to Beale Street, Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken, and B.B. King’s. My only other criticism is that the finger-food menu was very limited."

"Beautiful property with a great pool and luxurious rooms! I loved the buffet breakfast at Delta's and was really impressed with the quality of the food. Staff were always friendly and attentive, and there was a reasonable variety of activities available."
Memphis Riverline Hotel

"Hotel was nice and close to Beale street and other amenities. When I got there the bathtub didn’t look so clean and I was offered a room upgrade, but I declined it. Staff was very friendly. I would never pay $5 for water though. I would stay again. Starbucks coffee served fresh downstairs was the best for me. Parking was valet or park across the street, which I did and it was safe (FREE ON WEEKENDS)."
