"Loved the stay! Older hotel for sure but had loads of charm. Staff including Ricardo made sure we had all we needed and actually opened the spa for us to use on a couple occasions. Would stay again. Breakfast was great and all day coffee was welcomed in the afternoons."

"Overall, hotel is just ‘ok’. The room was clean, bed comfy. Options for pillow preference was great. Breakfast was the minimum, and not good. The staff are stoic, so their energy is a put off. The location has restaurants and cafés nearby, but there’s better locations in the city. (Definitely stay on the main roads.)"

"We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay.
The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this!
The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either.
Absolutely not recommend...

"Viajo a BsAs una o dos veces al año y siempre me hospedo en el Faena. Este año decidí quedarme en el Madero y así ver que ofrecían. Me equivoqué. Ni bien llegué me extrañó ver el vallado y tantos policías en la puerta. Una vez adentro me enteré que había un equipo de futbol hospedado en el hotel. Le comenté al recepcionista que si iba a ser muy ruidoso prefería cancelar la reserva por que tenía reuniones temprano por la mañana y necesitaba descansar bien. Me dijo que no me preocupara que ellos...
