Top Olympia Hotel Reviews
Best Western Tumwater-Olympia Inn
8/10 Good
"This is our third stay at the hotel over the last four years and we're very happy with it. It's an older building, but it's well maintained and our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It could use a few more outlets for all the devices many of us need to charge. The staff are friendly and professional. It's also pet-friendly (though we left our dog behind on this trip) and a short walk from the hotel gets you into some parkland. Breakfast was satisfactory, and there are places to eat and grab coffee nearby if you don't want that. We always make it to Ramirez across the street to eat tasty Mexican food and shop for spices, and a 3-minute drive up the road is a new market with several places to eat and drink. Despite being very near the interstate, the hotel is very quiet, and the road the hotel is on is a 10-minute drive into downtown Olympia or along parkland to a spot where salmon gather before heading upriver."

"It was a good stay, they are remodeling so finding the entrance to the desk was challenging and finding the breakfast spot was challenging"
Comfort Inn Lacey - Olympia

"Very good and as we would expect in a hotel stay."
The Heron House
10/10 Excellent
"The description of this unit undersells it. It is a beautiful, stand alone log cabin in the woods. I almost didn't believe we had the whole house to ourselves. You can tell it is well cared for and is in great shape. The owner ( I think ), Jennifer picked up the phone immediately when we forgot the entry directions. She was very kind and offered assistance with anything else for which we may have questions. There is an info notebook describing amenities like kayaks and a row boat. I do admit the info book needs a bit of updating, but it was nice to know we have equipment at our disposal. The setting is stunning! A peek-a-boo view of the Puget Sound and surrounded by trees. The property has nice landscape lighting and a high-end concrete driveway. The bed was warm and comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The furniture was classic cabin style and comfortable. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!"
