I was actually demeaned by a woman who works on the weekend, and claims or is a medical assistance in Heber, Utah! LOOK OUT before checking in. It seems good. But why pay that much for the insulting engagements from a very unprofessional staff, and all whom lack professionalism, as accustomed. "It was cold. They didn’t turn the heat on until 4:00 p.m. I never use extra blankets. This time I used 2. The hot tub was fine, but the air was cold as they did not close the outside part. "Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. "
