"Beware of this rental. I rented two confirmed nights at this accommodation in Bangkok for family who were visiting. I live in the high rise next door. Firstly, the owner of these units did not show up for ‘Checkin’ and we waited a long time for someone to arrive. We were informed that the two night confirmation was only valid for one night and we would be moved to another hotel for the second night. Fail. Additionally, the owner of Wooden suites is violating the policies of the CONDOMINIUM...

"Booked a 1bedroom apartment but was a tiny studio apartment,have had bigger hotel rooms than this so called apartment. Was not allowed to enter building or approach the front desk until a rep from favstay meet us outside who was late meeting us so had to stand in the heat outside. Upon entering there is a sign stating that it is illegal to stay in these apartments for holiday rental and you could be arrested. Room had uncomfortable bed,lounge tv channels only in Thai would not recommend staying...

"Settled on the 41st floor, this two bedroom condo is simply amazing. The place was overall quiet and clean and the unit comes with a washier/dryer for cleaning your clothes. You also have an asssigned attendant who keeps the place spotless and fills the kitchen with snacks and drinks. The best part about this place is the high rise swimming pool, absolutely breath taking!"

"The room was very nice and cozy very clean higher floor about the middle of the building 26 floor approx. my only problems were there was not one TV channel that was English or movie station it was all most all Thai and the bed was so very uncomfortable you sit on it and you move any little bit and the bed is squeaking and creaking and making so much loud noise and it was like a saddle the mattress was wore out and it needed to be replaced a long time ago the owner there or manager she was...

"Not easy access to property's (condominiums) front desk; when I tried to register, the front desk told me that they're not aware of our arrival, then I had to call the property representative, she said there's no more rooms, except 1 studio which it had stuff from someone else and it was unkept."

"鄰近BTS的公寓式旅館，房間不算寬敞，但有小客廳還附廚房，算是經濟實惠的選擇，原預訂時說是有廚具，但後來發現是要另外付費租用，還好櫃台管理人員了解狀況後及時提供，房間管理似乎還不足，礦泉水、衛生紙都沒有，反映後都有補齊，櫃檯服務算是不錯，10樓的泳池還有健身房是個亮點，景色還真不錯。ps:如果是要離開泰國前才入住，可要多備些泰幣，入住押金(收現)收太貴了!!"
