We were not happy that all of our showers were cold, with no hot water at all. Would like more options for breakfast. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean.

Facility is run down. Room air conditioner didn’t work- hot and stuffy, bathroom door didn’t shut, one bed sunken in the middle. Breakfast ran out at 845, no coffee restocked either at 9am on a Saturday??! Very overpriced at $200 plus tax. Neighbors were also rude and loud as late as 11pm and 4am.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times and the last stay was disappointing. Our room had ants so bad, room smelt so musty and our sheets were disgusting.

First of all our toilet kept running…then there was the..oh..we’re turn off the water at 8am the next morning…then the very noise room next to us…called front desk at 11:20 pm said he would fix the problem..T 11:45pm..we called again..he came up gave us keys to a different room..2floors up..get things packed up…get to new room keys don’t work..had to drag all of our thing down to front desk…for new keys..needless to say we did NOT enjoy our stay

Our experience was unpleasant. First, there was no iron and iron board. We had to request it but only received iron so we had to iron our cloth on the bed. Second, the breakfast was very limited. Third, the gym room was small and both treadmills were broken.

For the price, it was a very good value. The staff was really excellent. Staff really made an effort. The breakfast people were very nice. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Effort had been made to make the room comfortable - updated shower, restroom, TV, etc. But, it feels like an effort to update. One light did not have a plug - it was a raw wire at the end - kind of dangerous. Little things like that made it feel a little on edge.
