Thank you for the great hospitality and advice on paddling the Tama-river!

The hotel was perfect! From the room to the front desk staff. There was one staff member that was so lovely and kind, helping me with the luggage delivery and information needed. The hotel is super well located outside the Wakoshi station. The metro line goes to some main station in Tokyo city, such as Ginza, Ikebukuro. And you have a local vibe as well, instead of staying in a busy area. There's a lot of shops around, such as Uniqlo, supermarkets and restaurants. The room was so clean and...

Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus it’s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine it’s just lack of staff why they might be missed.

Great location near easy transport links, trains and buses! Great shopping and food outlets. Rooms are clean with all the facilities you need. Reasonable priced. This was our third stay at this hotel.

I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!

My first time staying in a Vessel Hotel, I had previously noticed them looking through Hotels.com as good value for money and well designed Hotel chain. A slightly smaller room that most in Tokyo but still offered comfort with an awesome high pressure shower to get revitalised. I had the Breakfast Buffet which was great value with plenty of choice options. Very pleasant and organised staff at this Hotel during my stay, I thought it was exceptional value. A little far out of Tokyo, but I...

The staff go above and beyond at the Nohga Hotel and were so helpful with any questions and requests. The hotel provides a pack with plenty of recommendations for restaurants and things to do with their own comment, and will help with booking if you need. The hotel also has its own restaurant and bakery both of which I would strongly recommend (including the breakfast) as well as a rooftop bar. Despite so much going on in the hotel there was never an issue with noise. Good location with no more...

I stayed in the Grand King Room on the upper floors. Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance. I hugely recommend the nearby bonsai museum/village and the...

We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn. The staff were very pleasant. Very clean throughout. There are good laundry facilities, however, we were visiting family so it wasn't needed. The Ome line was nearby so it made travelling easy. It is conveniently located near shops, shopping centre and well known fast food outlets. My only suggestion would be that perhaps cereal could be offered on the breakfast menu. The food was lovely but not something we were able to eat as a breakfast. I appreciate...
