My first time staying in a Vessel Hotel, I had previously noticed them looking through Hotels.com as good value for money and well designed Hotel chain. A slightly smaller room that most in Tokyo but still offered comfort with an awesome high pressure shower to get revitalised. A really lovely hotel with a calm atmosphere. Rooms were quiet, amenities were great and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

Great hotel, amazing details throughout and first class service. Rooms are small but it is Tokyo, facilities, services (all the bathroom amenities you need, toothbrushes, shavers, etc. And free bottles of water and coffee, etc everyday) are excellent. The best thing about this hotel, location! couple of minutes walk to the nearest train station which is only 5 mins to Akihabara and Ueno (to the east) and 12 mins to Shinjuku and Shibuya (to the west). Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.

Other Space is a lovely hotel and is literally a stone’s throw from Sensoji Temple. There’s a coffee shop on the 1st floor and a well stocked convenience store. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our superior double room was small but the hotel makes the dimensions of the rooms very clear when you book. There is also a fantastic roof garden with views of Sensoji, Asakusa and the Sky Tree and is a great place to sit with a drink or food anytime of the day. We loved Other Space Asakusa and...

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff.
