"Very clean, quiet down the back, split unit in our room was effective and warm. It was freezing but toasty in our room. Both rooms either side of us were occupied but we did not hear them. An opportunity to improve would be the bathroom - there is a permanent small gap for ventilation in the wide window. When it's 2 degrees outside it is very bracing and certainly builds character as you use the facility. Everything else with the room, front desk staff, check in process to the toasty room. Oh and car spaces are more than adequate. We were able to walk to breakfast and dinner, with great selections surrounding the hotel. It is actually very well placed. And I actually live the way the rooms are built all around the pool and BBQ areas. Clever."

"It's a fantastic caravan park, but the unit we stayed in needed a deep clean. Several surfaces had not been wiped, and windowsills were very dusty and full of flies. Some kitchen items were very dirty. When I raised the issue with staff they reacted professionally and said they would do something about it. Other than that, the view is beautiful, the area peaceful and the staff extremely helpful. A lovely place to take children."

"The property was lovely however the rooms were lacking some essentials. The coffee machine only made espresso. There was no bottled water provided even when the water from the tap was brown and undrinkable. The room was very cold and the bathroom had no heating. The bed was very soft and not overly comfortable. I would have expected a lot more for the price. We stayed in one of the suites. The parking was also very limited."
