"Loved the location - view of the ocean, lots of lovely cafes nearby, right by the beach. We were in room 1, which was on the end downstairs and nice and quiet. Decent-sized, clean rooms. Loved the walk-in shower! The room had cutlery, utensils, crockery and microwave which was handy. Plenty of storage space. Easy parking. Bar and restaurant onsite so option for room service too. Would happily return! "

"Room was okay. Bathroom was disabled ability and lacked ability to place toiletries or change clothes anywhere. Only one key which made tricky to arrange things with multiple people doing different things. "

"Everything was good, not excellent. Our rooms parking space was the only one not right by our room. Kitchen was ok, but only had a large chef knife. A paring knife or serrated knife would have been better for my fruit and veggies and baguette. Random ants in the kitchen (not by food) Breaker turned off when using the toaster. Refrigerator froze my fruit and my yougurt:o(. Bed softer than we like. Hubby loved the deep bath tub. Did not see the Hot Tub if there was one. WE were there for 4...

"Very clean and well maintained property! Shower was unbelievable! One of the best showers I’ve had great water pressure. Staff took a while to greet at the front, but other than that, they were very helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"Great staff, location, clean rooms big comfortable beds spacious room. Just 2 little things i wish my room had was a microwave and that the shower had a shower hose if that makes sense. Parking is limited but there are other parking spots close by. Very affordable i highly recommend i will always stay there when i visit Napier. 😊"
