"This hotel felt safe and the beds were good. There was air conditioning that worked also which was great. The staff was very kind and helpful in translating. We were not the best guests because our flight was so delayed and I forgot to let them know we would be coming in after midnight. The staff was friendly in letting us into our rooms in the middle of the night.
