"This was an amazing find! The room was spacious with a separate dressing area and huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. The staff of this family-run hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Great value for money and definitely to be recommended. "

"The positives Really great location for the station and downtown Nice room with lots of useful amenities including a washing machine The negatives Not easy to find and is not known on Apple Maps (try Google Maps) The bed and pillows are not very comfortable. This is not a bad review, with some small changes this could be the absolute best hotel for the Bernina Express"

"Fantastic location with incredible lake views We had a private room with its own bathroom, and the views from the window overlooking the lake were simply amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better location! Basic accommodation so don’t expect anything else - but clean and functional. The hostel had a relaxed atmosphere, with most of the other guests being middle-aged couples. It was also dog friendly, which was a real bonus. The breakfast was brilliant and a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay in a stunning location. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful views, a welcoming atmosphere and a great breakfast."

"Comfortable and welcoming hotel. The reception staff were friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were comfortable and had everything we needed. I didn't like the pillows and the multiple light switches were confusing. Breakfast was very good and varied. Excellent location close to the railway stations and plenty of bars and restaurants close by."

"The host were amazing and very quick to respond. It was a contact less check in but The place was easy to find and directions were perfect. One block from train station. WhatsApp worked great. The beds and bedding were not the best shape and the shower was slick. We stayed one night and it served our needs to catch the Berninia express. I would give a 10+ for the customer service and location and a 7 for the room itself."
