"Breakfast was fine. The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and happy to share their local knowledge. There were some quirky things about the lights in the room such as the foyer light being on a sensor that seemed to be activated when approached from a distance. It took a long time to go out! Room was ok."

"The hotel was clean and easy to find as there are signposts for all the hotels. It is very close to all the tourist attractions too. The breakfast is very expensive for what it is and we would not normally of had it , but there was not much open for that sort of thing in the square. The receptionist was not over friendly and it seemed like it was a chore for her to help us , especially when I asked her to order us a taxi on one of the days. "

"Friendly staff, comfy quiet room. Plenty charging points. Cups were small but glad to have kettle and facilities for hot drinks. Hairdryer available and good hanging for clothes. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Staff lovely and chatty. "

"Short 1 night stay to break up journey across Europe. Sadly breakfast not available, but plenty of places available a short walk from the premises. Check in and getting room key was straightforward with plenty of information prior to arrival. Room was very spacious, modern and well equipped. Everything was in good order and clean. Would recommend and will hopefully be staying again on my return journey/"

"We arrived rather late (after 9.00pm), was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but we managed it! Greeted by Hilde - lovely lady. Took us to our rooms, which were lovely & comfortable & clean. Allowed full use of the lounge & kitchen. There were 3 of us (adults). Very spacious. Shower lovely. Breakfast choice amazing. We stayed here having visited Bruges. Would definitely return & recommend. "
