Everything was perfect, standard, service and food

Thermal Baths were lovely

Traditional style hotel on the outskirts of Freiburg avoiding driving through the centre of the city. Free parking available at the hotel and 5 minute walk to tram stop to get into the city. City has many interesting historic buildings and attractions.

Excellent location, easy parking , air conditioning Great breakfast Restaurant seating indoor and outdoor very comfortable

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, fantastic restaurant and breakfast buffet, as well as clean and nice facilities. We would happily plan to stay there again.

The room was fantastic, very high spec and nice and clean. The staff were exceptional- especially the gentleman in the restaurant who helped us with dinner. The food is outstanding in the restaurant too. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful hotel. The garden with it’s mature trees was atmospheric, the food exceptional and the staff very professional. The breakfast buffet had a broad selection of choices. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the relaxed sheltered situation in an old orchard. The location was ideal to access Freiburg city centre with easy connections to all transport links. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. I will definitely use it again!

Very well run hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable. Food is excellent but breakfast (whilst still excellent) is pricey at €30. Location of hotel excellent - right next to old town and the train station

The very cosy and well furnished single room. Very clean, friendly staff

Very helpful staff and a cool sofa by the window 😎

The hotel is in excellent position for football stadium and old town. It is only a tram ride away. The staff are excellent and very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are an excellent size although bathroom is a bit tight but like the rest of the hotel very modern I would recommend it to all who wishes to visit Freiburg

kind staff and beautiful surrounding

The hotel met the expected Prem Inn standards and comfort

Fantastic location (we were cycling from Basel to Strasbourg). Beautiful town with some nice bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was a highlight.

A short break in Frieburg to see the Christmas market.

Very nice location, friendly staff. Bit of a cultural shock as travelling with family and no curtains/ black out for shower cubicle that was attached to the main bed room.

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Freiburg. The hotel offers a comfortable environment, clean and spacious rooms, and a professional service experience. The location is convenient for visiting Freiburg, and the hotel provides a good balance between comfort and practicality for both business and leisure travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall check-in and stay experience was smooth. The room was well maintained and provided all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I...
