"Hotel is convienent to Georgia Southern. It alot of wear and tear. Upgrades are in desperate need. I traveled with my 18 year old on a college visit, Iwould not recommend for more than a 1 night stay. Roaches in room crawling on wall, trash from previous person left in room, so i know they didnt thoroughly clean it. Shower pressure was great with hot water, but it does not drain. Water filled tub and took over 30mins to drain. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. From the moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. it did not smell clean or fresh at all. The issues continued throughout the room. The shower had a strong, foul smell, similar to a wet dog. The refrigerator was dusty and visibly dirty, and the microwave had not been properly cleaned. Even the “Do Not Disturb” sign was dirty, which speaks volumes about the level of housekeeping. There were roaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. The phone was also filthy, with an oily residue as if it had not been cleaned after previous guests. Additionally, there was some type of splattered residue on the bathroom door. Due to the overall lack of cleanliness and sanitation, I felt extremely uncomfortable and chose to leave early. What made the situation worse was the response from the front desk. When I reported the issues, instead of offering an apology or attempting to resolve the situation, I was told to contact the manager on Monday and “maybe” I could receive a discount. That response was dismissive and frankly insulting given the condition of the room. This experience fell far below basic hospitality standards. Cleanliness should never be optional."

"The facility is OK. Sufficient but a little worn around the edges. The staff are all very nice and try to do their best, but some things were just lacking. No butter or cream cheese for the breakfast breads. Pancake maker did not work. The equipment in the exercise room is meager. The box of tissues in the bathroom was almost empty. Just a lot of little things that did not make the place bad, but did make it less than five-star."

"Room run down, door to room was open when we checked in. Doors and walls need a scrub and painted. Room needs a deep clean. Front desk staff was nice."

"I was not real impressed. There are only two hotels In Glennville and I was told that this was the better one. It is very dated. The floor was not very clean. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor barefoot. It is not a smoke free facility and it smelled heavily of smoke. It wasn’t listed as smoke free but it was strong. I wouldn’t stay again but it is a bed for the night. I would recommend staying at a hotel out of Glennville. "
