"Very nice, small hotel and comfortable. It was convenient to the Amtrak train station. The restaurant served good foods and good drinks and had good service. The registration clerks and housekeeping staff were good. All staff members that I encountered were pleasant and greeted me. Whenever I come back into town and ride the train and need to be near the station I would definitely stay here again."

Despite explaining the situation, there was no flexibility or accommodation offered, and I was still charged in full. At a time when I am already overwhelmed with medical bills and expenses, this lack of understanding was incredibly disappointing. What upset me most was the complete absence of customer care or compassion. Life emergencies happen, and I expected at least some...

"Staff and amenities provided were great, biggest drawbacks were the bass coming from the pool lounge throughout most of the day and being woken up by doors slamming in the middle of the night. Dinner and Breakfast were great but there were items missing from our breakfast order (ordered room service)."
