"Laura and Vanessa at the Front Desk were customer-friendly and made check-in and out a breeze. Wonderful smiling faces which is desperately needed this day and age in the hospitality industry. Hotel is very aged and smells like a nursing home. Room was relatively quiet but the bed and linens are similar to a Super 8 / Motel 6. The property is very nice (grass, trees, parking lot well put) and in a great part of the city, but there are also homeless people in the parking lot if that...
