"First night I was there my door lock ,locked me in the room for 45 mins the phone number was busy the whole time so I couldn't get through. I had a friend come here to go to the desk and get help. Could luck asking for anything with the woman at the desk she is rotten. I go to another room and the mini fridge didn't work then"

"I reserved a room for two with a king size bed non smoking room. We were first put in a room with 1 pillow and a full size bed. Fridge on the floor TV didn't work that was a smoking room . I went back to the desk was told all they had left was a queen size bed. We got moved there and it was worst then the first.
