"Our room was on the smaller side but clean and comfortable bed. Walked out our door and right around the corner was beach access, Staff were very friendly.I would definitely stay here again."

"The sauna was closed. The paint is peeling in the pool area. The pool was supposed to be heated and was not. The first night was good. The hot breakfast is nice. The building is accessible from the front or back parking lot. The check in was great we were able to upgrade our room with an ocean view, balcony and fireplace for our first 2 nights. We had to move to a standard room for our last night. We got in late, midnight, the 2nd night and there was no parking. We have a 1 ton diesel with our utv in the bed. The worker on duty told us that we had to park on the street where I could not see my vehicle. I went down early the day we had to move rooms in hopes that our room for that night was available instead of waiting until 4:00. I let the lady at the desk know that we had to park on the street. She stated that we should have been directed to park next to the pool building. Luckily she was able to get us a room to move our stuff to. I didn't get her name but she was top notch. She went way above and beyond for us. We will definitely stay there again. For the minimal inconveniences, it is well worth the stay."

"We stayed 2 nights to do some salmon fishing. Pro's- Location- with a dock that we got picked up at for our guided trip right behind the building. Room was good sized Balcony was very nice TV was large and easy to use. Con's- Location- not near to restaurants. Only one across the street and no breakfast available. Never got room service and when asked about this the guy said it's only on request. Would have been nice to know this. Carpet in room was dirty and gross. Room smelled like dirty feet. No breakfast whatsoever. In fact, bring your own if you're fishing on certain days of the week because nothing is open. McKays store offers sandwiches and breakfast burritos. We found this by accident. The pool was overly chlorinated or something-very cloudy water. Only stairs no elevator so keep that in mind. My biggest issue...the blaring lights on the balcony and out the front is great for security but awful for sleep!! I didn't sleep the first night and barely the 2nd."

"Room was clean and ready when we got in and staff was friendly. Beds were very soft so woke up sore every morning but that’s my preference. 4am wakeup from garbage trucks banging around was annoying but outside of hotels control. Overall would definitely book here again."
