"Disappointing Stay"

"Cute little motel with an onsite restaurant. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly when I had questions. They offered pet-specific towels in the room!"

"The South Jetty Inn was lovely, it was so quiet and the staff was really nice. Our room was fun and had just the right touch for a beach get away. They even had a coffee truck in their property, so nice! The Inn was close to beach, shops and downtown Astoria. We will be going back for sure especially since we can take out dog with us. "

"The view was fantastic! The hotel is a bit run down and outdated. We had reserved a "themed room" and received a call that the lock broke on the door of the theme room and they would have to put us in a "Standard" room, at the same price, did not offer any discount or anything for not getting the theme room that we had reserved. Breakfast is the same everyday, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, yogurt and stale bagels. There was some sort of altercation outside of our hotel room at about 1:00 AM...

"Really excellent value for money. Full of unique character and although our room had no bathroom the communal bathrooms were super clean and plentiful. Parking was on the street but not hard to find and the hotel is located in the heart of this quaint town."

"First room was pretty rough, but was easily put into a better room, so that was nice. Second room was nice and clean. Person checking me in was super nice and cool about everything with changing my room for me. Overall, good experience. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future. "

"Location to everything was great. Cost was a good value. Beware of the noise though. They provided ear plugs on the night stand for good reason. Traffic sound all night long. Friendly staff. "

"Modern, well kept clean rooms. One employee was laser focused on ensuring the breakfast buffet was clean and well stocked. Also, nice touch to have earplugs at the front desk as there are sea lions near by. (They were not a noise issue for us)"

"Nice view but some simple amenities have been overlooked. Adding lamps that have charging outlets next to the bed would have been a hugely convenient amenity. I, like many people, use my phone’s alarm clock but having to search the room and move the bed from the wall to plug my phone in was a pain. Overall nice stay but it always the little things when you’re already not in the comforts of your own home."

"This property had large mold growing along the wall. By the curtains and mold growing above the bathroom sink. Thank you so much. Spoke to the manager manager stated that it's a very old building and all the rooms have mold in it. The receptionist was very rude. You can tell she had a problem that my husband was a black man. She was listening to politics when we walked in. Didn't bother to shut it off.After a comment was made had an attitude.When you asked for help. "

"My family travels to Long Beach about once or twice yearly and we’ve stayed at many places in the area. Coastal Inn and Suites is our favorite and we plan on booking the same room again during our next visit. It felt more like a small apartment than hotel room thanks to the size and the full kitchen. It was quiet, safe, comfortable, and centrally located making it easy to walk everywhere in town and save on gas. It was also very affordable and simply can’t be beat. We will be back! "

"Parking is to get, but the accommodations are comfortable and kitschy 60’s theme. If the free continental breakfast isn’t enough the Pig & Pancake iconic restaurant for the area is literally next door and will do orders to go or you can dine in. It will not disappoint you."

"The Pearl Inn is amazing. the house and rooms were incredibly clean, the game room was so much fun and the breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had. i cant wait to visit the area again just so i can stay in this bed and breakfast. the owners were the kindest of people. i recommend this location to everyone!"
