"They had some technical issues with the booking of their rooms and had oversold their two bed suites with the pull out couch by a lot. Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. The staff got us taken care of by splitting our large family into two rooms because everything else in the area was booked and couldn’t make other accommodations. But it was less than ideal to have our kids sleeping in another room!"

"This is really a hotel for people traveling with children - active children. The amenities for adult travelers are kind of on the slim side but children can be totally satisfied with activities, breakfast foods, open spaces, wall decor. Our room had a lightbulb out in the bedside reading lamp and was devoid of usb outlets entirely. Room was adequate but not particularly comfortable - no added amenities but a huge tv set staring down the bed. Not a hotel for me!"

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean with comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. Location is great-we were in town for the Air Force Museum, and this hotel is right across the street. Breakfast was fine...a standard complimentary hotel breakfast. "Pros: -breakfast was good -rooms were clean -rooms had 'constant fan' function for white noise overnight -staff was helpful Cons: -we were on the second floor. You could hear every step the people on the third floor took (and they were just walking normally, not like elephants) -pool was chilly and was SO echoey, it was impossible to hold a conversation"
